When arranging your mortgage through us (terms and conditions apply), mortgages are available for up to 80% of the property value and fixed or variable rates are available for a term of up to 25 years.
Another option is to arrange a mortgage in the UK. Most major banks now offer European mortgages and this may allow equity release from existing properties.
Stage Payments
When purchasing new property from Elegant Homes Online S.L. an initial non-refundable Reservation Fee is required to secure your plot. Stage payments are then paid throughout the construction period. If your mortgage is agreed through us, these stage payments will be sanctioned by the bank otherwise they will be stated in the sales contract for those arranging their own finance.
