Desert Springs
The Indiana course is Europe’s first and only desert golf course and has been built to full USGA specifications and the quality standards of the now famous desert courses of Arizona & California. Sat on the top of a sun baked range of hills, this course has beautifully manicured tees, lush fairways and carpet-like greens. It presents unforgettable views and golf of such a dramatic nature that it has taken golf in this part of Spain to a new level of excellence.
The fairways are generous and ensure that the less expert player can enjoy and improve his game. On the other hand, every hole has features that can be brought into play and the springs, watercourses, dry river beds, rock and cactus areas and bunkers are strategically located to examine the skill of golf’s leading players when playing off the championship tees.

Marina Golf Mojácar
This 18 hole, 72 par course, designed by Ramón Espinosa, opened in 2000. The course combines stunningly high tees, with flat fairways and mountainside terrain. And its proximity to Mojácar Playa, allows wonderful sea views. A challenging course for any golfer!
Facilities include a driving range, golf school, rental of buggies & equipment and a golf shop.

Cortijo Grande
A pretty 9 hole course winding its way through beautiful landscape including orange groves and almond, fig & olive trees. Despite the mountainous and spectacular geography of the surrounding Sierra Cabrera, the course is predominantly flat and an excellent course for beginners.
Future plans include a further nine holes to renovate the existing course into an 18 hole golf course, as well as a new club house with a range of sporting facilities and a new boutique hotel.

Valle del Este
A new 18 hole, 71 par golf course situated within 10-15 minutes drive of Mojácar at Vera, Valle del Este opened in July 2002 and utilises the desert landscape to its maximum potential. Integrating these natural settings makes the course both attractive and challenging to play. Its superb elevated tees, true and fast greens plus a number of water features, including the magnificent water course running alongside the 18th, make this course irresistible to play.

Playa Macenas
Due to open in 2007, the Playa Macenas Beach & Golf Resort is set to rival La Manga Club. The 18 hole golf course is being designed by Enric Saenger and will incorporate stunning views of the Mediterranean, with dramatic scenery such as the surrounding Cabo de Gata Natural Park.
As well as the golf course, the resort will include a 5 star Golf & Spa Hotel, an exclusive Beach Club, a botanical nature reserve, shops, bars, restaurants and numerous sporting facilities.
