Building Plots
We currently have a number of building plots available for purchase direct from the developer. Each plot includes connection to mains services, and of is, of course, fully legal.
Once you have chosen your plot, you can sit down with our Architect and design your own home. The architect will detail the project documents and forward these to the College of Architects for approval. We will then obtain the necessary building licence and construct your new house for you.
