We have been carrying out a phased refurbishment on this house for the last 2 years. Initially the property was converted back into a residential property from an office building, before carrying out extensive landscaping works to the existing grounds. Recently we have extended the raised terrace around the pool and made significant improvements to the pool area.

Next on the agenda is a full external repaint and the introduction of a new en-suite bathroom suite for the main bedroom. We also manage the rental and maintenance of this property on behalf of our clients.
